This was a concept of an exibition design for The museum of torture in Slovakia (only in photos here).
Done at Uni with help of great techers.The mission was to get rid of the kitshy scenes and put emphasis on piety and silence. By a game of lights and darkness, white and black color... the museum is divided into light, semidark and dark rooms. The amout of light mirrors the less or more "dark " content, which each room presents / used to hold. Conception respects historical architecture, but is radical and penetrates everywhere... interacactions, projections and position of inner display design play games with psychology of visitors and their movement through the space.
